The property is located next to Woodfield’s Brooking Square Village on Clements Ferry Road in the Waterline District of Point Hope.
The developer, SL Shaw & Associates, plans to build 4 commercial buildings on the site - totaling +/- 25,000 SF of professional office space.
The MKA team also helped place most of the Tenants within the development.
We are pleased to announce that the project has a full roster of commercial tenants including: a plastic surgeon, a dermatologist, a veterinary surgeon, and dentistry clinic.

Meyer Kapp & Associates assisted with the sale of +/-18 Acres of land within the Point Hope Development to Lifestyle Communities (LC).
LC is now under construction on a true mixed-use development that will include +/- 450 residential units and +/- 15,000 SF of commercial space.
The commercial space will include a restaurant, coffee shop, and fitness facility that will all be open to the public.
The property is located on Clements Ferry Road in the Waterline District of Point Hope.
The LC development will enjoy superior pedestrian and roadway connectivity to the adjoining MUSC Healthcare Pavilion, Del Webb Age Restricted Community, and Brooking Square Village mixed use project.

This will be a multi-phase medical office campus that will be a source of job creation and first-class healthcare for the community.
The first phase is in planning and permitting and should begin construction in 2026.
