Eric Meyer
Co-Founder and Principal

After attending Northwestern University, Eric’s commercial real estate career in Charleston began in 1982 with The Brumley Company.

Since that time, Eric has developed a reputation as one of the industry leaders particularly in regards to his work within Master Planned Communities and with Seller/Landlord Representation.

Eric prides himself on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients.

In addition to his duties at Meyer Kapp & Associates, Eric also serves as the Chair of Charleston County Planning Commission.

Woody Kapp
Co-Founder

Woody began his commercial real estate career at The Brumley Company where he and Eric Meyer worked together. Over the course of his career, Woody has been integrally involved in all aspects of commercial real estate.

In addition to general commercial sales and leasing brokerage work, Woody has acted as the representative of large land tracts such as the Palmetto Commerce Parkway planned development and the US-52 former Nursey Site. In both cases, Woody has been instrumental in the entitlement, development, and sale of these large and strategically well located land parcels.

Woody’s 30 years in the Charleston market have equipped him with a knowledge and skill set that allows him to serve his clients with the exceptional service their real estate needs require.

Fritz W. Meyer
Broker-In- Charge

Fritz Meyer joined Meyer Kapp & Associates, LLC in April 2012.

Fritz’s primary work and expertise focuses on Raw Land Entitlement and Sales, Horizontal Development, Landlord/Tenant Brokerage and Representation, Commercial Property Management, Financial Forecasting/Budgeting/Modeling , Marketing, and Public Relations. A proud Charlestonian, Fritz is a licensed real estate broker in the State of South Carolina and graduate of Clemson University and the Porter-Gaud School.

Tim Wood
Broker and Property Manager

Tim Wood is a Property Manager and Broker at Meyer Kapp & Associates. Tim’s primary role is in the oversight of the company’s management portfolio—specializing in Landlord representation for the management and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property in the Charleston metropolitan area. Tim is focused on developing and executing management and leasing plans specifically tailored to each client’s asset and real estate goal. Tim joined the team in 2014 after graduating from the College of Charleston.

Conor McCarty
Real Estate Salesperson

Conor joined Meyer Kapp & Associates, LLC in April 2021.

After attending Hampden Sydney College, he returned home to Charleston where he became licensed as a real estate salesperson.

Conor’s main areas of focus at Meyer Kapp include marketing, public relations, brokerage and property management.

When he is not working, Conor enjoys playing golf and spending time on the water.

Nick W.J. Wood
Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager

Nick joined Meyer Kapp & Associates in early 2022 assuming the responsibilities of Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager.  Nick has a professional background in logistics and finance, servicing several Fortune 500 companies and aims to leverage this knowledge into his day-to-day attainment of management and client goals.  Raised in Mount Pleasant, Nick is a proud alumnus of both the College of Charleston and Wando Highschool.
