Tim Wood is a Property Manager and Broker at Meyer Kapp & Associates. Tim’s primary role is in the oversight of the company’s management portfolio—specializing in Landlord representation for the management and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property in the Charleston metropolitan area. Tim is focused on developing and executing management and leasing plans specifically tailored to each client’s asset and real estate goal. Tim joined the team in 2014 after graduating from the College of Charleston.

This project will mark Woodfield’s third development in the Point Hope community (following Newbrook Apartments and The Goddard Point Hope).
