Meyer Kapp & Associates assisted with the sale of +/-18 Acres of land within the Point Hope Development to Lifestyle Communities (LC).
LC is now under construction on a true mixed-use development that will include +/- 450 residential units and +/- 15,000 SF of commercial space.
The commercial space will include a restaurant, coffee shop, and fitness facility that will all be open to the public.
The property is located on Clements Ferry Road in the Waterline District of Point Hope.
The LC development will enjoy superior pedestrian and roadway connectivity to the adjoining MUSC Healthcare Pavilion, Del Webb Age Restricted Community, and Brooking Square Village mixed use project.

This will be a multi-phase medical office campus that will be a source of job creation and first-class healthcare for the community.
The first phase is in planning and permitting and should begin construction in 2026.
Great to see the larger pieces of the Ingleside masterplan locking into place!
