Woody began his commercial real estate career at The Brumley Company where he and Eric Meyer worked together. Over the course of his career, Woody has been integrally involved in all aspects of commercial real estate.
In addition to general commercial sales and leasing brokerage work, Woody has acted as the representative of large land tracts such as the Palmetto Commerce Parkway planned development and the US-52 former Nursey Site. In both cases, Woody has been instrumental in the entitlement, development, and sale of these large and strategically well located land parcels.
Woody’s 30 years in the Charleston market have equipped him with a knowledge and skill set that allows him to serve his clients with the exceptional service their real estate needs require.

Meyer Kapp & Associates was pleased to represent the Seller and the City of North Charleston in the sale of 450 acres within the Ingleside Master Planned Development for a future Public Park.
This is one of the largest sales of property dedicated for a public use in the history of South Carolina.
The combined acreage of highlands and wetlands makes the Ingleside Weber Park System [actual name TBD] about seven times as large as Charleston’s Hampton Park.
The hope and goal is for the Park to act as the Central Park for the City of North Charleston.
The purchase was spearheaded by the Seller [Weber USA Corporation] and The City of North Charleston in partnership with Charleston County Greenbelt, US Fish & Wildlife, and the SC Conservation Bank.
Upon completion, the park will have trails, boardwalks, and greenways with walking and biking access to mixed-use developments in the area.
Approximately 240 acres of wetlands and cultural resources will be protected in perpetuity.
