Conway Coastal Marketplace is a retail development located in the Myrtle Beach MSA and will consist of Anchor, Junior Anchor, and Outparcel opportunities. It is located along the highly trafficked US-501 at the signalized intersection of Gardner Lacy Road with one access point on US-501 and additional access points on Gardner Lacy Road. The US-501 widening project is currently under construction and will include an additional traffic signal providing direct access from US-501 into the Marketplace.
