The last remaining office suites to be remodeled will soon be available at 107 West 6th North Street in Summerville, SC. Cityvolve previously oversaw the transformation of the 1st and 2nd floor common areas and several office suites of the 13,781 sf office building. Included were major renovations to the building's main lobby and bathrooms, along with full renovation of 2nd floor common areas. Suites 203 (1,839 s.f.) and 204 (1,876s.f.) will be available May 1st, 2026. A Class A office environment has been created at 107 W 6th N Street with individual suites well suited for small-suite professional use. Each suite is approx 1,800 s.f. or the spaces can easily be combined for one larger suite of 3,715 s.f.
