Brookgreen Town Center is located on Coleman Boulevard which is across the street from The Boulevard, a mixed-use development with 325 residential units. Suite I is currently occupied by Verde, LLC and is built-out as a modern counter service style salad and wrap sandwich restaurant. Space will be available for occupancy on September 1, 2026. Center is anchored by Golds Gym and co-tenants Starbucks and Mozzo Deli. DIRECTIONS: From Downtown Charleston, turn right on Coleman from the Arthur Ravenel Bridge.
